Additionally, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) has certified Bridge under the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program, as a Pennsylvania Scholarship Organization, Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Organization, and an Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) Organization.

The Board of Directors of Bridge, from its inception, adopted a rigid process of internal financial checks and balances well beyond that which is required under state and federal law. Bridge contracts with an independent accounting firm to manage and reconcile all financial transactions. In addition to submitting itself annually to an independent audit of its financial transactions, consistent with its obligations as a registered non-profit with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Charitable Organizations, Bridge has completed an annual independent audit every fiscal year it has been in operation. Bridge has been commended for its protective auditing policies.
